With the change of the season, our eating habits also change. We are finishing up those last summer tomatoes and eggplants, enjoying as much as we can and finding ways to preserve summer for a winter day.
The cooler weather brings changes to our kitchen as well, the fruits of summer are being replaced by the taste of fall. At Trotta’s , We are right on track.
